3. Your Drop-Off and Pick Up Dates

After the summer period, we will send out an e-mail, giving you the dates for re-delivery of your items. These dates will be at the start of term.

4. Insurance

All items stored with us are insured for £150. Should you wish to take out extra insurance on any of your items, please select the extra level of insurance, and the number of items you wish to take it on.

For example, if I wanted to increase my insurance on 2 of my items upto £500, select 2, and £500 from the list below. When the collection team come to collect your items, please indicate to them which ones are insured for extra, and they will label them appropriately.

Extra insurance is priced as follows: for each item insured for £300, it is an extra 40p per week, per item. For each item insured for £500, it is an extra 70p per week, per item.

5. Method of payment

Please select what method you will be using to pay for your storage. You won't be asked to pay until we have taken your items into storage.

Please have the correct change for the pick-up team when they come to collect your items.

If you wish to cancel your order, you can do this anytime by e-mailing info@thebigspace.co.uk. Please include your full name in the e-mail. We will cancel your order and send you a confirmation that it has been cancelled.
